Each participating city provides a method by which you can receive your city cards after making a purchase on their website.
Some city cards only offer the option of collection OR delivery.
If you choose to collect your purchase, you will be issued a voucher that will have a unique reference number. Remember to print this voucher, as it will show confirmation of your purchase, as well as information about where to collect your purchase. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed.
Collection of your purchase will quite often be at the City Information Centre located in the centre of the city. Upon presentation of your voucher, you will receive your purchase. We recommend that you have your identity with you in the form of a Passport or Driver’s License to authenticate that you are the rightful owner of the voucher.
Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions carefully for each city card if you are purchasing online directly from a citycard site.
